Ilona’s areas of expertise include developing, planning and executing public relations, community relations, foundation events and programs.  She also believes it is important to establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, media, community organizations and key players. She creates unique experiences for clients, charities and establishments she aligns them with and obtains positive media coverage.  She works with an extensive list of high profile current and retired professional athletes, celebrities, and restaurants including franchisees.

Ilona has over 20 years of experience in the Public Relations, Media, Community Relations and Foundation Management.  Ilona started Anoli Management in 2014.  Prior to Anoli Management, Ilona spent 15 seasons in the National Football League overseeing the Miami Dolphins Community Relations, Miami Dolphins Foundation and Players Appearances for the organization.  Ilona is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism Telecommunications News Program.
